New South Wales readers can expect two spooks for this price of one this week with a double header featuring two of the most hyped and (allegedly) most frightening horror movies of the past ten years!
Paranormal Activity has become this year's biggest horror phenomenon (we're ignoring New Moon here folks), raking in over 100 million dollars at the US box office and scaring the piss out of audiences since it was first released on September 25.
Ten years prior another micro budget flick, The Blair Witch Project, was doing the same, taking in over 248 million dollars worldwide and fooling many into believing its faux documentary footage was actually the real deal!
Paranormal Activity will get its chance to scare the piss out of local audiences from December 3, but if you can't wait until then Dendy Cinemas will be serving up a special double feature - the new phenomenon, Paranormal Activity, followed by the old phenomenon, The Blair Witch Project - on Friday November 27 and Saturday November 28 at Dendy Byron Bay, Dendy Canberra, and Dendy Newtown.
Tickets for both films are just $15 adults/$12.50 concession and are on sale now. Check out the Dendy cinema News & Events page for ticketing info.
