As we anxiously await the Australian theatrical release of the definitive Ozploitation documentary Not Quite Hollywood (which we first mentioned here) Sydneysiders will get an early chance to look back at the finest era in Australian cinematic history (at least in the eyes of your average Digital Retribution reader!) thanks to Popcorn Taxi, who will be hosting an advance screening of NQH followed by a live Q+A with Director Mark Hartley, and a few "special guests" on August 13!

When: 7:00pm Wed 13 August, 2008

Where: Greater Union Bondi

Price: $15 / $12 Concession

Get your tickets here.

The world premiere of Not Quite Hollywood will be held at the Melbourne International Film Festival in July before Madman releases the film in cinemas across Australia on August 28.
