 When it comes to cricket the Poms and the Aussies are fierce rivals, however that rivalry certainly doesn't extend to the genre community - in fact, our friends in the UK will be among the first to get a look at Stacey Edmonds and Doug Turner's Australian produced cricketing themed slasher pic I Know How Many Runs You Scored Last Summer when the film makes its world premiere at this year's Film4 Frightfest! The Runs will be playing at the Odeon West End cinema on August 21st at 9pm, and word is seats usually sell fast, so get in early and grab a ticket! Click your way over to the Frightfest site for purchasing info. Hopefully there will be a few ex-pats in attendance to fly the local flag.

In the film, which we first told you about back in 2006 (here), a mustachioed killer with a lethal collection of sharpened cricketing implements hunts down and eliminates the members of a cricket team that tormented him twenty years earlier. Revenge, mayhem, murder, gratuitous nudity… it's just not cricket!
And speaking of gratuitous nudity...
Oo-er guvnor! A shower scene featuring the gorgeous Arianna Starr is just one of the many things I'm looking forward to in this movie! Check out the first Internet Trailer, and the uncut 2nd Trailer in the DR Grindhouse.
