Local distributor DV1 has announced its new label 'Dark Horse', which will focus on international cult cinema and promises to bring Australian fans "some of the best and long-forgotten "classics" from planet Exploitation!".
Premiering in January 2008, Dark Horse's first batch of releases will feature the Blaxploitation titles:
- Penitentiary
- Penitentiary 2
- The Black Godfather
- Black Sister's Revenge
- Soul Vengeance
No word on extras or specs as yet, but this is a promising start from an exciting new label, and we'll be looking forward to hearing more about Dark Horse's future releases!
