Anchor Bay has provided us with the artwork for I Know How Many Runs You Scored Last Summer, which they will be releasing as a rental disc on June 3.

The Runs Cover Art

Along with a 16:9 enhanced widescreen presentation and 5.1 sound Anchor Bay's DVD will be packed with extras including an audio commentary by director's Stacey Edmonds and Doug Turner (moderated by DR's David Michael Brown); making of featurette; "Bloody FX" featurette; Canteen scene grade; Joadja diary; Audio mix diary; Uncut shower scene (Guess what we'll be watching first!); Abetoir Film Festival Q & A; and Hell City Glamours - "White Trash, Hot Love" music video.

You should damn well know what this movie is about by now as we've been covering it for over two years, but just in case you've been hiding under a rock, or just got yourself plugged in to the W's a few hours ago, it's a tale of bloody revenge that deals with a moustachioed cricketer who hunts down and murders the teammates that viciously bullied him 20 years earlier, utilizing an arsenal of lethal cricketing implements including a razor sharp cricket glove and sharpened stumps.

Internationally, I Know How Many Runs You Scored Last Summer will be released in the UK through Anchor Bay on June 29, and in the US the rights have acquired by Lono Entertainment, who are planning a release in the second half of 2009.

A night of horror really makes for a great night out, sure we all have commitments that stop us from being at EVERY screening, but it doesn't take much to get out and see a few movies, hell you might meet some people in real life and really enjoy yourself like we all did.

A great round-up Mr. I...has filled in some blanks. I was half expecting Richard Dreyfus and co. circa American Graffitti to pull up at the Newtown Aporto on the way home. Or at the very least the two Corey's circa License to Drive. It had a very American diner feel.

The after party felt a lot like a birthday party in that there were a bunch of people I wanted to have a chat to, but didn't get around to all of 'em. And a little Bruno Mattei was a great way to cap off the night, just to keep things grounded.

Thanks to everyone involved. I'm already looking forward to next year.
